Abstract

This is a case of arsenic necrosis in the maxillary right 1st molar revealed after one app 1 lication of arsenic paste to a woman of 45 years .old.
In this case, no specific result was appeared on the roentgenogram, however, it could be definable as one of the periapical abscess.
